What it is
The infrastructure carries the whole system: gas piping in the correct material and diameter, hot water lines rated for temperature, thermal insulation and accessible service points. Poor pipework ruins even the best equipment.
What is included
- Survey and routing definition
- Certified materials
- Documented tightness test
- Isolation and service points
- As-built documentation
How it works
Design review
We read the drawings or survey the existing installation and define the routing.
Execution
Pipework installed with specified materials, isolation valves and permanent supports.
Testing
Tightness testing on gas lines and pressure testing on the water lines.
As-built
We hand over the routing as executed, which is what makes future service possible without demolition.
Frequent questions
Will you have to open walls?
We use shafts and ceilings wherever possible. Where concealed routing is unavoidable, we agree the route with you before starting.
Do you convert appliances between gas types?
Yes. We adapt the appliance and the line for LPG or natural gas, changing injectors and resetting pressure.
Do you issue a compliance document?
We issue a technical execution and test report, which is what building managers and insurers usually ask for.
