About Us
Leveros
Air conditioning supplied and supported as a system. Operating since 2005 as Refrigelo Climatizacao de Ambientes S.A., CNPJ 61.502.324/0001-12, in Assis - SP.
Leveros treats air conditioning as a building system rather than a set of appliances. Load, distribution, control and maintenance are treated as one problem with one owner.
We work for clients who measure results: offices, retail, healthcare and education, where comfort complaints and energy bills are both visible on a monthly report.
Our handover includes measured airflows, temperature differentials and the control sequences as configured, so the facilities team inherits a documented system.

How we work
Load before equipment
Selection follows the calculated load, never the other way round.
Part load is real life
Systems are selected to be efficient at the load they actually run at.
Maintainable by design
Access, isolation and serviceability are designed in, not discovered later.
