What it is
Split air conditioning delivers cooling and heating where the load actually is. Correct sizing, line routing and condensate drainage matter more than brand: an oversized unit short-cycles, wastes energy and never dehumidifies properly.
What is included
- Documented load calculation
- Equipment with manufacturer warranty
- Refrigerant lines and insulation
- Vacuum and charge verification
- Commissioning report
How it works
Load calculation
We calculate the thermal load from area, glazing, orientation, occupancy and equipment.
Positioning
We define indoor and outdoor unit placement for airflow, noise and serviceability.
Installation
Refrigerant lines, vacuum, electrical protection and a properly sloped condensate drain.
Handover
We measure delivered temperature and airflow and set up the controls with you.
Frequent questions
Is a bigger unit always better?
No. An oversized unit reaches setpoint too fast, cycles constantly and leaves the room cold and humid.
How often does it need servicing?
Filter cleaning monthly in heavy use, and a full service with coil cleaning and charge check once a year.
Can one outdoor unit serve several rooms?
Yes, with multi-split or VRF systems, which we specify when there are several rooms and limited outdoor space.
